摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively formulate auxiliary decision-making,clarify the causes of power grid accidents and help regula-tors solve faults and abnormal accidents,an auxiliary decision-making system for power grid fault and abnormal intelligent anal-ysis based on SCADA data is designed.It uses the database to process SCADA data and establish SCADA database.The busi-ness logic layer realizes the data interaction between various modules in the auxiliary decision-making system through ArcGIS Engine component technology.The fault and anomalies diagnosis module in the application layer takes the status information of circuit breaker and relay protection in the power grid as the adaptation index,and takes it as the objective function to establish the power grid fault and anomalies diagnosis model.The model is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive mutation to obtain the power grid fault and anomalies diagnosis results.The auxiliary decision-making module intelligently ana-lyzes the fault and anomalies diagnosis results,determines the cause of the accident and makes the auxiliary decision-making for accident treatment.Experiments show that the system can accurately collect SCADA data.In different communication rounds,the average residual energy of the network nodes of the system is high and the energy consumption of data transmission is low.Under different faults and abnormal conditions,the system can accurately diagnose faults and abnormal conditions,effectively and intelligently analyze the causes of accidents and formulate reasonable auxiliary decisions.
