摘要
Abstract
In order to ensure the sufficiency of the long-term capacity of the power system,typical domestic and foreign power markets have designed a variety of capacity mechanisms to promote the recovery of fixed costs for generating units,and meas-ure the value of the system capacity.It can guide the optimal operation of different mechanisms.This paper proposes an analy-sis and calculation method based on the theory of supply and demand.The system capacity demand curve is determined by com-bining stochastic production simulation with the goal of maximizing consumer welfare.The long-term cost analysis of power generation for existing and planned units is carried out to draw the supply curve of capacity.The system capacity value is calcu-lated according to the equilibrium point.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the analysis of a calcula-tion example.关键词
