Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the judgment ability of permanent fault and instantaneous fault is low and the identifica-tion error of fault characteristic quantity is large,a new self-identification method of distribution line fault characteristic quanti-ty is studied based on feeder automation and differential protection.Determine the factors causing the distribution line fault,analyzes the feeder characteristics of different distribution line faults in time domain and frequency domain,extracts the number of distribution line fault phases and the attenuation degree of distribution line current as the distribution line fault characteristic quantity,analyzes the attenuation degree of current,and obtains the distribution line fault phase voltage and current according to the analysis results.A distribution line fault equivalent model is established,the fault characteristic quantity is identified through three-phase current and residual current,the distribution line fault characteristic quantity is defined,the maximum re-sidual voltage and residual current in case of distribution line fault are extracted,and then compared with three-phase voltage and three-phase current to realize the self-identification of distribution line fault characteristic quantity.The experimental re-sults show that the proposed method can well judge permanent faults and instantaneous faults and reduce the discrimination er-ror.关键词
