Abstract
In this study,data envelopment analysis(DEA)-rank sum ratio(RSR)method is used to build a model to evaluate the utilization efficiency of large and medium-sized medical equipment in a top three public general hospital in Hubei Province under the background of COVID-19 epidemic.The DEA results indicate that in 2022,out of 15 departments'large and medi-um-sized medical equipment,8 departments'DEA is effective,while the remaining 7 departments have varying degrees of input redundancy or insufficient output.RSR analysis shows that the utilization of large and medium-sized medical equipment in 2022 can be divided into three levels:2 departments in the first level,11 departments in the second level,and 2 departments in the third level.The overall utilization efficiency of large and medium-sized medical equipment has not yet reached a high level.Through analysis and optimization,the hospital can improve the utilization rate and work efficiency of large and medium-sized medical equipment by strengthening the configuration and performance management of large and medium-sized medical equip-ment,reducing consumables and maintenance expenses of large and medium-sized medical equipment,and other means to im-prove the utilization efficiency of large and medium-sized medical equipment.关键词
