摘要

Abstract

This paper uses ADAMS/Car to create a virtual prototype model of the whole vehicle.Ride comfort simulation test is carried out on the B-level and C-level road surfaces with different vehicle speed excitations.In order to further optimize the ve-hicle ride comfort,We use the surface response analysis method in the experimental design function of ADAMS/Insight,the hard point coordinates of the front suspension spring's lower installation point are simulated and calculated.It obtains the opti-mized hard point coordinates and suspension structure design parameters.At the same time,the simulation test research and a-nalysis are carried out,and the results show that the vehicle ride comfort is significantly improved,and the comfort of passen-gers is improved.
