Abstract
Aiming at the problems that the equilibrium of power multi-level supply chain is destroyed and the load of power dis-patching is large,a balanced optimal dispatching method of power multi-level supply chain under time window constraints is proposed.From the aspects of inventory,product,demand,capacity and output of power multi-level supply chain,the con-straints of power multi-level supply chain are designed,and the average model of power multi-level supply chain is established with the objectives of cost,demand and capital turnover rate.Under the time window constraint,the time window constraint function is designed to make model in its equilibrium.The IGA algorithm is used to design the balanced optimal scheduling process,encode and decode the balanced optimal scheduling tasks of power multi-level supply chain,calculate the task fitness and average fitness,screen the scheduling task individuals through selection,crossover and mutation,determine the basis of balanced optimal scheduling,and obtain the optimal solution of balanced optimal scheduling.The experimental results show when multi-level power supply chain is dispatched,this method balances the power dispatching load,and the profit difference at the same level is very small,so as to ensure the balance of multi-level power supply chain.关键词
