Analysis of Reasons for Wellbore Blockage in Gas Wells and Research Progress in Blockage Removal Technology

随着天然气气田的开发,井筒堵塞问题逐渐凸显,井筒堵塞给生产带来诸多负面影响,如作业时间延长、产能下降、采收率降低以及储层应力状态改变等问题.因此明确气井堵塞的原因,选用正确的解堵工艺十分关键.通过对不同类型堵塞物的成因、机理及其危害性展开分析,结合解堵工艺的研究进展,对不同类型的堵塞提出针对性的解堵技术,探讨了工艺的原理、工艺的优缺点及其适用性,为解堵技术的深入研究和在气田的现场应用提供参考.

With the development of natural gas fields,the problem of wellbore blockage has gradually become prominent,bringing many negative impacts to production,such as prolonged operation time,reduced production capacity,reduced recovery rate,and changes in reservoir stress state.Therefore,it is crucial to identify the causes of gas well blockage and choose the correct unblocking process.By an-alyzing the causes,mechanisms,and harmfulness of different types of blockages,combined with the research progress of unblocking tech-niques,targeted unblocking techniques are proposed for different types of gas well blockages.The principles,advantages,disadvantages,and applicability of the unblocking techniques are discussed,providing reference for in-depth research and on-site application of the un-blocking techniques in gas fields.
