Exploration of Free-flow Tolling Technology and Implementation System
摘要
Abstract
Elucidates the background of free-flow tolling,analyzes the issues with semi-free-flow tolling,and outlines the es-sential technologies of free-flow tolling.Establishing a standardized toll auditing system and complementing it with a digital toll management platform are imperative for free-flow tolling.The fusion of technological and managerial innovation is necessa-ry to progressively implement free-flow tolling.Free-flow tolling can enhance toll collection efficiency,but its promotion needs to consider multifaceted impacts,including efficiency,benefits,and fairness.关键词
