摘要

Abstract

The research explores the integration of human-vehicle cooperative recognition technology into static traffic manage-ment and travel service optimization,focusing on typical urban parking scenarios such as surface parking lots,underground parking garages,and on-street parking spaces.A city smart parking supervision service system is proposed to verify the practi-cality of the equipment and the availability of data.The results demonstrate that the proposed human-vehicle cooperative recog-nition technology can support various functionalities of the urban smart parking supervision service,including parking space status identification,parking information services,and dynamic-static traffic coordination.The research findings can provide references for the formulation of refined management strategies for static parking.
