Abstract
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence represented by big models has brought new opportunities and challenges to the information and communication industry.Telecom operators,as the main force in the construction of digital information infrastructure,also usher in new opportunities for the development of AI computing power.This paper analyzes in detail the relevant concepts,main roles and development trends of AI computing center,and puts forward and analyzes three key elements that need to be considered in the planning and construction of AI computing center,namely,the scale of computing power,computing power energy consumption,and AI computing network,on the basis of the overall technical architecture of AI computing center,and finally puts forward relevant recommendations.关键词
