Abstract
By studying the mental health information needs of social Q&A community users,this paper provides valuable reference for the dissemination and promotion of mental health information,and provides a new perspective and thinking for the research in the field of mental health.5 448 question records about the topic of mental health on Zhihu platform are selected as the data set,the LDA topic model and manual annotation method are used,combined with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,to construct the framework of users'mental health needs,and then the characteristics of users'mental health information needs are studied by analyzing topics and keywords.The results show that users are more likely to raise negative mental health problems at night,and the mental health needs of users mainly focus on the level of symptoms and social needs,without due attention to disease prevention.关键词
