乡村振兴背景下新生代农民工返乡创业意愿动因及激励对策研究
An Analysis of Willingness and Strategy of Promo ting the Going-home Entrepreneurship of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
As a key resource for rural revitalization,human resources play an important role in connect-ing and driving other production factors.The new generation of migrant workers is a relatively special group,which motivates and guides the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start up businesses,effectively promotes the accumulation of rural human capital and gathers the endogenous power of agricultural and rural development through talent promotion.And it is an effective way to promote rural revitalization,industrial development and the Chinese style agriculture and rural mod-ernization.By constructing a binary logistic regression model,this paper constructs an index system from four aspects of individual characteristics,such as family characteristics,policy environments and entrepreneurial atmosphere to test the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers re-turning to their hometown to start a businesses and builds a policy system of"one leader and three fo-cus points"to motivate and guide the new generation of migrant workers to return home to start up businesses.关键词
