摘要
Abstract
There is a large deviation between the matching degree between the job seeker information screened by a single keyword and the corresponding occupation ability.In order to help the human resources management department of the enterprise to complete the talent screening accurately and comprehensively,a multi-keyword coded MPB-Tree index technology is proposed.The core keywords are expanded and processed,and the keyword profile set of occupation capacity requirements is con-structed.The MPB-Tree index structure supporting multi-keyword index is established by combining PB-Tree and Patricia index.Based on the correlation between the MPB-Tree index result and the keyword profile set,the occupation capacity requirement keywords are indexed to achieve occupation capacity matching.The results show that the recall and precision of the proposed technology are higher than those of the single core keyword index,which indicates that the index results of the pro-posed technology are more comprehensive and accurate.关键词
