Abstract
In view of the particularity of military big data and its governance,the big data governance framework applicable to the military field is constructed,aiming to enhance the value of big data and service innovation capability in this field.First,the connotation of big data governance is clarified.Then,the concept of military big data,the characteristics of military big data,the relationship be-tween military big data governance and civil big data governance,as well as the big data governance needs from the four levels of leadership,management,executive level and basic layer are analyzed.Further,the military big data governance framework is designed,including four modules:strategy and organization,implementation and evaluation,governance domain,and governance guarantee.Fi-nally,the implementation of military big data governance is discussed.关键词
