摘要

Abstract

Due to the lack of dynamic knowledge description and the difference of event cognition and description in different fields,there is no event semantic model suitable for emergencies.There-fore,it is urgent to build a flexible and general emergency representation model with strong expres-siveness to describe event knowledge to help deal with the situation risk of various emergencies.Based on the general event model,using the 5W1H theory and method for reference,this paper ana-lyzes the constituent elements and logical correlation of emergencies,puts forward the semantic mod-el of emergencies,designs and constructs a multi-level event representation model integrating knowl-edge graph to represent emergencies.Taking the urban waterlogging knowledge map of emergency fu-sion OpenKG and the seismic data from 2000 to 2022 as an example,the feasibility and implementa-tion effectiveness of the model are verified,which provides effective support for the research of emer-gency situation cognition.
