Multi-level Emergency Representation Model Integrating Knowledge Graph
摘要
Abstract
Due to the lack of dynamic knowledge description and the difference of event cognition and description in different fields,there is no event semantic model suitable for emergencies.There-fore,it is urgent to build a flexible and general emergency representation model with strong expres-siveness to describe event knowledge to help deal with the situation risk of various emergencies.Based on the general event model,using the 5W1H theory and method for reference,this paper ana-lyzes the constituent elements and logical correlation of emergencies,puts forward the semantic mod-el of emergencies,designs and constructs a multi-level event representation model integrating knowl-edge graph to represent emergencies.Taking the urban waterlogging knowledge map of emergency fu-sion OpenKG and the seismic data from 2000 to 2022 as an example,the feasibility and implementa-tion effectiveness of the model are verified,which provides effective support for the research of emer-gency situation cognition.关键词
