Abstract
Taking high-fluidity meltblown grade polypropylene as the research object,the performance and index of polypropylene were ana-lyzed,the technical research indicators of meltblown grade polypropylene were determined,and the effects of the types and dosages of powder,degradants and additives on meltblown grade polypropylene were investigated.The optimized process conditions are:.Under this condition,based on the 150,000 t/year polypropylene plant,the trial production of polypropylene powder and the trial of downstream customers were car-ried out.Further according to the trial production and downstream customer trials,the improvement and optimization direction of high-perform-ance meltblown grade polypropylene in the later stage was proposed,and the company developed and promoted the application of high-perform-ance meltblown grade polypropylene based on low-concentration solid degrader,and exported high-quality medical mask core materials to the society,which has important practical significance for Yuntianhua polypropylene brand building and social benefit contribution.关键词
