摘要

Abstract

Conduct experimental research on the stability of xylene soluble matter in polypropylene powder determined by nuclear magnetic reso-nance method,identify the main factors affecting the determination results,establish an improved method including new sample pretreatment method and experimental conditions,and achieve accurate and rapid determination of xylene soluble matter in intermediate product polypropylene powder under multiple operating conditions such as single brand production and different brand conversion in polypropylene equipment.The im-proved measurement method shortened the measurement time from 5 hours to 2 hours.The results were verified using the GB/T24282-2009 chemical extraction method,and the accuracy and precision met the requirements.It has been applied for a long time in the production of 4 types and 12 brands of polypropylene at Yunnan Yuntianhua Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.'s 150000 ton polypropylene plant.
