摘要

Abstract

Lignin is a biomass with a special structure of phenylpropane and abundant reserves.Due to its phenolic hydroxyl groups,it can be used as a substitute for phenolic compounds.In this study,lignin was used as a raw material to replace phenol in the synthesis of thermoplastic lignin phenol-formaldehyde resin.In order to discuss the effect of the molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde on resin synthesis,the ratio of phe-nol to formaldehyde was set at1∶0.8,1∶0.7,and1∶0.6 for synthesis experiments,and phenolic resin was prepared.The material properties were characterized using FTIR,TG,DSC and other methods,and the properties of thermoplastic phenolic resins with different molar ratios of substances were studied.The lignin thermoplastic based phenolic resin prepared with a phenol formaldehyde ratio of 1∶0.7 has a higher ordered arrangement and higher thermal curing temperature.And it has excellent thermal stability,with the highest melting temperature and residual carbon rate.Meanwhile,through FTIR dataanalysis,it can be concluded that the prepared resin has a relatively high ortho site ratio.Therefore,a resin sample with a molar ratio of 1∶0.7 of phenolic substances was selected as the spinning precursor.
