植物源活性物质对木材的抑菌防腐效果及机理研究
Efficacy and Mechanism of Plant-Derived Active Components against Wood Rot Fungi
摘要
Abstract
Plant derived active substances have advantages such as safety,efficiency,and minimal toxic side effects,mainly including alka-loids,phenols,polysaccharides,flavonoids,volatile oils,terpenoids,etc.The active substances isolated from plant extracts have antifungal effects on wood decay fungi.The main mechanisms include direct interaction with fungal enzymes,damage to cell wall and membrane struc-tures,and antioxidant activity.And the antifungal mechanisms of these active substances against wood decay fungi were explored,and the prob-lems and future development trends of plant-based wood preservatives were analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for the comprehensive utili-zation of plant-based wood preservatives.关键词
