利用花岗岩锯泥制备瓷砖的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Preparation of Ceramic Tiles by Granite Sawdust

Abstract
In this paper,granite sawn mud was used as the main raw material,and a small amount of kaolin was added to prepare ceramic tiles at different firing temperatures.The effects of formula and temperature on the properties of breaking strength,breaking modulus,water absorp-tion and density were investigated.The results show that the ceramic brick with GB/T 4100-2006 performance can be prepared without kaolin at 1150℃,with the failure strength 12.6 MPa,modulus of fracture 12.3 MPa,water absorption 0.24%and apparent density 2.27 g/cm3.This provides a technical path of high value utilization to solve various problems caused by the accumulation of granite sawn mud.关键词
