矢车菊素半合成方法实验教学实践
Comprehensive Experiments in Organic Chemistry:A Semi-Synthetic Method for Cyanidin

Abstract
In this experiment,quercetin was used as the starting substrate to synthesize cyanidin,a natural active ingredient,under room tem-perature through hydroxyl groups protection,carbonyl reduction,and deprotection by acidification.The intermediate and final product were characterized by TLC,UV,HPLC-MS,and IR.The experimental principle is simple and the operation is convenient for college students.The maximum absorption wavelength of the substrate and product are significantly different.The color change is obvious,and the final yield is 51.74%.Cyanidin is widely used in food industry.Therefore,the preparation of cyanidin through synthetic method can effectively guide students to apply organic chemistry theory into practice,stimulate students'interest,and improve experimental skills.关键词
