Abstract
Under the extraction conditions of 90℃,gibberellic acid powder∶80%ethanol =1 g∶20 mL,and reflux time of 2 h,the extraction rate of gibberellic acid was 13.75%,and its flavonoid content was measured to be 1.34%.The hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of gibberellic acid extract was similar to that of VC up to 85%at a concentration of 0.04 mg/mL,and the scavenging rate of DPPH radical reached 89.64%at a concentration of 0.018 mg/mL;the inhibition rate of gibberellic acid extract on the activity of tyrosinase reached the highest when the concen-tration of 600 μg/mL,andtheinhibitionratewas57.58%,andtheextractofgibberellicacidcomparedwith1%propyleneglycol,gibberellic acid extract has certain moisturizing effect;gibberellic acid extract can effectively inhibit Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and gib-berellic acid extract has better anti-inflammatory effect at a concentration of 2.43 mg/mL.This study provides a complete evaluation of the an-tioxidant,whitening and moisturizing,and antibacterial aspects of gynostemma extract,which provides a reference for its development and utili-zation.关键词
