Abstract
In order to study the aroma components in watermelon flavor electronic aerosol solution,the volatile components of three different brands of watermelon flavor electronic aerosol solution were analyzed by direct sampling combined with gas chromatography and mass spectrome-try(GC-MS).The results showed that 99 volatile components were identified in the three samples,of which 76 were identified in sample A,56 were identified in sample B and 44 were detected in sample C.There were 28 common volatile components in three kinds of watermelon flavor e-lectronic vapors,29 were specific to sample A,15 were specific to sample B,and 6 were specific to sample C.The results of sensory evaluation were A>B>C.A new type of electronic aerosol liquid with watermelon flavor was successfully developed through the experiment of imitation a-roma,and its aroma was natural,fresh and pleasant.关键词
