Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of naringin in Juhong Pipa tablets.Method:To remove the sugar coat-ing of Juhong Pipa tablets,add methanol,heat,reflux,cool,make up weight loss,filter,and continue filtrate for sampling.The chromato-graphwas Agilent HP-1100 column,Agilent ZORBAX C18 column,mobile phase,acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(20∶80,V/V),flow rate was1 mL/min,and ultraviolet detection wavelength was283 nm.Results:The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.072-1.16 μg(r =0.99994 n =6)and the recovery rate was 98.68%(n =6).Conclusion:This method has high accuracy,sensitivity and good repro-ducibility,and can be used for the control content determination of naringin in Juhong Pipa tablets.关键词
