Abstract
Under the background of new engineering,the implementation of the plan of education and training outstanding engineers(PETOT)for chemical engineering and technology specialty was studied and explored as a local university combined with the characteristics of college.Mainly elaborates on the cognition,practical exploration and the problems and challenges faced in the implementation of PETOT,so as to pro-mote the learning and communication of similar majors.At the same time,through self-reflection and continuous improvement,it lays a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality engineering technical talents with solid theoretical foundation,excellent innovation ability and rich engi-neering experience in the field of coal chemical industry,and strives to achieve the standard of PETOT.关键词
