Abstract
New energy wind power projects belong to fast projects,but they will face many influencing factors during the construction process.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of new energy wind power projects and ensure economic benefits,management personnel need to use cost control and cost management methods to manage new energy wind power projects and play the role of cost management.Based on this,this paper analyzes the key factors of cost control and cost management for new energy wind power projects.It first discusses the importance of the project,then analyzes key factors,discusses optimization paths,and finally provides a systematic summary.关键词
