基于韧性断裂准则的AZ31B镁合金板材成形极限预测
Prediction of forming limit of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet based on ductile fracture criterion

Abstract
Combining the damage initiation criterion and the damage evolution criterion,a complete ductile fracture criterion was established to predict the fracture failure of the sheet.The constitutive model and the damage evolution parameters were obtained by fitting the uniaxial tension stress-strain curve.The finite element model was established based on the Nakazima hemispherical punch bulging experiment,and the ductile fracture criterion was used to predict the forming limit diagram(FLD)of AZ31B magnesium alloy at room temperature.The influence of the fracture failure criterion and strain path transition criterion on the prediction of forming limit diagram was discussed.The results indicated that by using the strain path transition during the damage evolution as the fracture failure criterion,the predicted FLD is in good agreement with the experimental results.关键词
