The Impact of Value Perception and Social Network on Farmers'Willingness to Participate in Rural Environmental Governance:Based on 881 Micro Survey Data of Farmers in Gansu Province

Abstract
Based on 881 micro survey and statistical data of farmers in Gansu Province,this paper studies the impact of val-ue perception and social networks on farmers'willingness to participate in rural environmental governance.It uses empirical analysis to test the intermediary effect of value perception in the process of social networks affecting farmers'willingness to participate in rural environmental governance.Finally,it discusses the differences in the willingness of different farmer groups to participate in environmental governance.The results show that value perception and social networks are key inter-nal and external factors that affect farmers'willingness to participate in rural environmental governance,significantly en-hancing farmers'willingness to participate in rural environmental governance;Value perception has a mediating effect in the process of social networks influencing farmers'willingness to participate in rural environmental governance;There are differ-ences in the impact of different farmer groups'value perception and social networks on their willingness to participate in ru-ral environmental governance;Characteristic variables such as whether they are village cadres,family annual income,and the distance from the village to the county seat have an important impact on farmers'willingness to participate in rural environ-mental governance.Accordingly,it is recommended to attach importance to the intrinsic and extrinsic driving effects of value perception and social networks in rural environmental governance,and consider the differences in value perception and social network levels among different farmer groups when formulating policies.In addition,it is necessary to do a good job in ideo-logical education for village cadres,carry out rural vocational education and full-time training,and expand the scope of poli-cy publicity and promotion to enhance the willingness of farmers to participate in rural environmental governance.关键词
