摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish porcine orthotopic kidney transplantation model and investigate the effect and complication rate of different vascular anastomosis methods.Methods The kidney was obtained by whole donor nephrectomy.After kidney repairment of the transplanted kidney,orthotopic kidney transplantation was performed with end-to-end anastomosis between the arteries/veins of the transplanted kidney and the arteries/veins of the recipient pigs.According to different vascular anastomosis methods,the recipient pigs were divided into traditional anastomosis group(n=12)and micro-anastomosis group(n=12).Arterial anastomosis time,venous anastomosis time,total operation time,renal warm ischemia time,renal cold ischemia time and incidence of vascular complications were compared between the two groups.Results Arterial anastomosis time,venous anastomosis time,total operation time and renal cold ischemia time in the traditional anastomosis group were lower than those in the micro-anastomosis group,and the incidence of vascular complications in the traditional anastomosis group was higher than that in the micro-anastomosis group.Conclusion Porcine orthotopic kidney transplantation model has strong operability and renal arteriovenous micro-anastomosis can reduce vascular complications of transplanted kidney.
