Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalein softgel combined with Tirofiban injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Kaifeng Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and the study objects were divided into a combination group and a single drug group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The combined group was treated with butylphthalein softgel combined with Tirofiban injection,and the monotherapy group was treated with Tirofiban injection.Vascular endothelial function indexes endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],hemorheology(whole blood reductive viscosity,low reductive viscosity,high reductive viscosity),and national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS),clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between monotherapy group and combination group.Results Before treatment,there was NO statistical significance in ET-1,NO,IL-6,TNF-CRP,whole blood reductive viscosity,low reductive viscosity,and high reductive viscosity between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,ET-1,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,whole blood reductive viscosity,low reduction viscosity,and high reduction viscosity were all lower than before treatment,and NO level was higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The clinical effect of the combination group was better than that of the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was higher than that in the single drug group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of butylphthalein soft capsule and Tirofiban injection can improve clinical efficacy,improve vascular endothelial function and nerve function,effectively restore cerebral blood perfusion,reduce the inflammatory response,and promote recovery,and the effect is ideal.关键词
