摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of using Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received treatment at Hebi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic Western medicine intervention for acute cerebral infarction,while the observation group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine formula Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effects,cerebral hemodynamics[mean blood flow velocity(Vm),peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vp)],neurological function repair[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),serum S100β Protein and brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The Vm and Vp detection indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The levels of NIHSS,S100β protein and BDNF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction treatment plan with acute cerebral infarction patients has good value in improving the condition,and can better improve cerebral blood flow and neurological function,with outstanding synergistic effects.关键词
