Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhixinxing health education combined with three-dimensional adaptive support nursing in the atomization treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 children with pneumonia who received treatment in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=53,Zhixinxing health education combined with three-dimensional adaptive support nursing)and a control group(n=53,routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.Symptom improvement time,parental disease awareness,treatment comfort[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)],and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever,cough,shortness of breath,and lung rales in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the parents'disease awareness(Pathogenesis,examination methods,treatment methods,dietary points)of the two groups was improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the GCQ(Psychological,physiological,environmental,sociocultural)scores of both groups were improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(20.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhixinxing health education combined with three-dimensional adaptive support nursing can shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve the parents'awareness of the disease,improve the comfort state,and reduce the occurrence of complications in the atomization treatment of children with pneumonia.关键词
