Abstract
Objective To study the impacts of nursing interventions on the treatment compliance and mental health behaviors for nephrotic syndrome(NS)children.Methods The study period was from March 2020 to May 2022,and the subjects included 94 children with NS(excluding the actual number of patients after detachment).By using a random number table method,a high-quality nursing plan was designed for the observation group,covering 47 patients;Design a routine inpatient care model for the control group,covering 47 patients.By comparing the treatment compliance rate,psychological health score,and nursing satisfaction index of parents of two groups of children,the intervention effect of high-quality nursing care was evaluated.Results The treatment compliance in the observation group(95.74%)was higher than control group(78.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before intervention,the children's behaviors,learning,impulse-hyperaction,anxiety and hyperactivity index between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05);after intervention,the mental health behaviors scores for two groups were significantly lower than before;the mental health behaviors scores in the observation group were significantly lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The satisfaction of parents with nursing care in the observation group(97.87%)was higher than that in the control group(80.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion After high-quality nursing intervention,NS patients can improve treatment compliance,improve mental health,and enhance parental satisfaction with nursing.关键词
