罗伊氏乳杆菌富集有机硒转化条件的研究
Research on the Transformation Conditions for Enriching Organic Selenium by Lactobacillus Reuteri

Abstract
In order to screen the best optimal conditions for the production of organic selenium rich Lactobacillus reuteri additives,the ideal conditions for its enrichment of organic selenium were explored in this experiment.Different concentrations of sterile sodium selenite(0,20,40,60,80,100,120 μg/mL)were added to modified lactic acid bacterial culture medium(MRS medium)to investigate the selenium tolerance of the bacteria.The colony-forming units(CFU)were observed to determine the effect of different concentrations of sodium selenite on the growth of Lactobacillus reuteri.The content of organic selenium in the strain was determined using the 3,3'-diaminobenzidine(3,3'-DAB)colorimetric method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the amount of selenium converted by per gram Lactobacillus reuteri among different sodium selenite concentration groups(P<0.01).When the sodium selenite concentration was 100 μg/mL,the conversion of inorganic selenium into organic selenium reached a maximum value of 4.40 mg/g,and the conversion rate was 13.3%,which reached the maximum critical value of organic selenium enrichment,and this concentration had little effect on the proliferation of Lactobacillus reuteri.关键词
