Research Progress of Blood Transcriptome and Metabolome in Livestock Breeding

Abstract
Excellent reproductive performance can improve breeding efficiency and promote the improvement and genetic evolution of livestock populations.This paper mainly introduced the application and research progress of blood transcriptome and blood metabollome in livestock reproduction.Through the study of gene expression and metabolic process,the two emerging fields revealed the key genes and metabolic pathways related to reproductive performance,which provided a theoretical basis for improving reproductive efficiency,predicting reproductive effect and evaluating reproductive health.Among them,the blood transcriptome played a key role in gene selection,pathogen detection and environmental adaptability.The blood metabolome was widely used in the evaluation of reproductive performance,disease prediction and diagnosis,and feed nutrition optimization.In general,blood transcriptome and blood metabolome had important reference value for future research on the reproductive performance of livestock,and were important tools for achieving sustainable agricultural development.关键词
