环状RNA在草食家畜肌肉中的研究进展
Research Progress of circRNA in Herbivore Muscle
摘要
Abstract
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a type of non coding RNA generated during RNA splicing,with a covalent closed loop structure,and widely present in eukaryotes.It has the characteristics of stability,conservatism,and tissue specificity.Recent studies had shown that circRNA played an important role in animal muscle development.This article reviewed the discovery,function,and impact on muscle development of circRNA in herbivore,in order to provide reference for enriching herbivore breeding and improving economic traits.关键词
