比利时蓝牛、西门塔尔牛与荷斯坦牛杂交后代公牛的产肉性能分析
Analysis of Meat Production Performance of Bulls from Crosses between Belgian Blue,Simmental and Holstein Cattle

Abstract
In order to study the weight gain and meat production performance of crossbred bulls,three male calves of the same age and similar weight(41.40 kg±2.11 kg)of Belgian Blue cattle♂×Holstein cattle♀F1 generation and Simmental cattle♂×Holstein cattle♀F1 generation were selected and divided into the Belgian-Holstein group and Western-Holstein group for this experiment.The calves were fattened for 18 months under the same environmental and nutritional conditions,and then slaughtered to determine the weight gain,slaughter performance and meat production performance of the two groups,respectively.The results showed that the pre-slaughter live weight,head weight,bone weight,heart and lung weight,hind leg meat weight,upper brain meat weight,dameron meat weight,eye meat weight,slaughter rate and net meat rate in the Belgian-Holstein group were significantly higher than those in the Western-Holstein group(P<0.05),and whole period average daily weight gain,carcass weight,net meat weight,anterior meat weight,loin meat weight and eye muscle area were all highly significantly higher than those in the Western-Holstein group(P<0.01),but the stomach weight in the Belgian-Holstein group was significantly lower than the Western-Holstein group(P<0.05).In summary,Chinese Holstein cattle through crossbreeding with Belgian Blue cattle,their male offspring have significant positive effects on weight gain,slaughter and meat production performance.关键词
