孕酮栓放置时间对奶山羊同期发情效果的影响
Effect of Different Durations of Progesterone Suppository on Estrus Synchronization in Dairy Goats

Abstract
In order to study the effects of different placement times of intravaginal progesterone sponge on the reproductive performance and vaginitis incidence in dairy goats,336 healthy female dairy goats with good homogeneity were selected and divided into four groups(A,B,C,D),with 84 in each group.The sponge containing 45 mg progesterone was placed in the vagina of group A,B,C and D goats for 8,10,12 and 14 days respectively.All goats were injected with 25 IU FSH(follicle stimulating hormone)12 hours before and at the time of withdrawal.The results showed that the incidence of vaginitis in group D was significantly increased than that in group A(P<0.05);the onset time of estrus in group A was greater than that in other groups(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B(P<0.05);the estrus rate and weaning weight of kids in group C were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05);the incidence rate of vaginitis did not increase significantly(P>0.05).It showed that the estrus synchronization scheme of placing progesterone sponge in vagina for 12 days combined with injection of 50 IU FSH could make the dairy goat obtain the best reproductive efficiency.This scheme can be widely used in goat production.关键词
