摘要

Abstract

As the penetration of renewable energy increases,the grid is characterized as a weak grid or even a very weak grid with high grid impedance,and the dynamic interaction between the phase-locked loop(PLL)and grid impedance will deteriorate the low-frequency stability of the grid-following inverter.In recent years,many literatures have investigated the low-frequency oscillation problem of single-phase grid-following inverters,but there is a lack in systematic sorting and summarizing the existing results,which makes it difficult to clarify the focus of further investigations.In this paper,the existing methods for modeling and stability analysis of grid-following inverters with PLL synchronization are firstly reviewed,the mechanism of the negative resistance effect caused by PLLs on the system low-frequency stability is visually illustrated,and various existing low-frequency robustness improvement methods are systematically summarized and analyzed from the perspective of improving the current control loop and phase-locked loop.Finally,the shortcomings of the existing results in stability analysis and robustness improvement,as well as the key points and difficulties of investigation are elaborated,and the further investigation directions are pointed out.
