Abstract

The uncertainty of wind power seriously restricts its consumption.It is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm of transmission-distribution systems and propose a reasonable collaborative consumption method.In this paper,an improved peak load-electricity quantity responsibility model of transmission-distribution systems is proposed.And a multi-objective collaborative optimization model is then established based on the scenario optimization method.First,by combining the traditional peak load responsibility model and electricity quantity responsibility model,taking into account the influence of wind power consumption and demand response,and introducing the cost-sharing mechanism of transmission and distribution costs,the improved peak load-electricity quantity model is established.Second,aiming at the uncertainty of wind power,the typical wind power scenario set is established based on the day-ahead forecast scenario and the extreme ramp-up/ramp-down scenarios of wind power.On this basis,the collaborative scheduling strategy of flexible resources in transmission-distribution systems is proposed.After that,by combining the above two models,the multi-objective collaborative optimization model of transmission-distribution systems is established.Finally,the case study is carried out based on a typical T6D2 system,and the proposed model is solved by the analytical target cascading method.The results show that the model in this paper is conducive to promoting and supporting the improvement of wind power consumption rate of transmission-distribution systems.And the marginal effect of peak load-electricity quantity responsibility helps the transmission-distribution systems to formulate the corresponding responsibility weight in an orderly manner,so as to achieve a reasonable balance of economic benefits,wind power consumption,and social benefits.
