Abstract
As the first glycylcycline used in clinical,tigecycline has ultra broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,which exerts good antibacterial effects on gram-positive or negative aerobic bacteria,anaerobic bacteria,especially pan drug resistant pathogens,and atypical pathogens.This article provides a brief overview of the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study of tigecycline and reviews the latest developments in its clinical applications.关键词
