摘要
Abstract
With the development of molecular biology technology,nucleic acid drugs are gradually becoming an emerging targeted therapeutic means.The types of nucleic acid drugs with more varieties currently on the market at home and abroad are antisense oligonucleotides and small interfering RNAs,and the indications are mainly for rare diseases such as duchenne muscular dystrophy,spinal muscular atrophy and acute hepatic porphyria.With the rapid progress in the development of messenger RNA drugs since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2019,new breakthroughs have been generated.Based on the background and development history of nucleic acid drugs,the clinical application and evaluation of the above three types of nucleic acid drugs were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide reference for rational use of nucleic acid drugs.关键词
