马属动物3种寄生线虫的形态学扫描电镜观察
Morphological Observation of Three Parasitic Nematode Species from Equus spp.Under Scanning Electronic Microscope

Abstract
In order to comprehensively study the surface morphology of three parasitic nematodes collected from Equus spp.,this study utilized scanning electron microscopy for the first time to conduct a detailed observation and description of the external morphology of three nematodes:Poteriostomum imparidentatum(Quiel,1919)of the genus Poteriostomum,Poteriostomum ratzii(Kotlan,1919)also of the genus Poteriostomum,and Parapoteriostomum mettami(Leiper,1913)of the genus Parapoteriostomum,all found in the digestive tract of Equidae in Ukraine.The results showed that P.imparidentatum had short,thorn-like outer crowns,numbering 82;the male genital cone had a conical ventral lip with an inconspicuous mound,and the dorsal lip appendage was poorly developed with a lack of a cortical ridge;the female tail was 720 μm long.P.ratzii exhibited pointed and narrow outer crowns,numbering 75,with inner crowns having a width twice that of the outer crowns;the male genital cone had a protruding cortical ridge on both sides of the genital cone,and the dorsal lip appendage was poorly developed;the female tail was 470 μm long.P.mettami had pointed and slender outer crowns,numbering 75;the male genital cone extended beyond the copulatory bursa,approximately 0.7 mm long,with the ventral lip longer than the dorsal lip,and a protrusion on the dorsal lip at 100 μm from the tip;the female tail was 208 μm long.The results of this study provide more accurate morphological evidence for the classification and identification of these three nematodes.关键词
