Abstract
In order to accurate determine the residual amoxicillin in eggs,this study established a high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection(HPLC-DAD)method for detecting amoxicillin residues in eggs.Amoxicillin in egg liquid was extracted by acetonitrile precipitation of proteins,and pure water-saturated dichloromethane was used as solvent for further extraction and purification.The chromatographic conditions for the detection of amoxicillin residues in eggs were as follows:0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH=5.5)and acetonitrile as the mobile phase,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 230 nm,sample injection volume of 20 μL,and column temperature of 30 ℃.The results showed that the mass concentration of amoxicillin ranged from 0.05 to 100.00 μg/mL,exhibiting a good linear relationship with peak area(R2=0.999 8).The method demonstrated excellent repeatability,precision,and stability,with relative standard deviations within 2.0%.The average sample recovery rates ranged from 82.89%to 89.92%,with relative standard deviations ranging from 1.68%to 2.71%.The detection limit for amoxicillin was 0.025 μg/mL,and the quantification limit was 0.050 μg/mL.The results indicate that the HPLC-DAD method established in this study is simple,stable,and highly sensitive,making it suitable for the accurate detection of amoxicillin residues in eggs.关键词
