基于CT数据的比格犬心脏三维重建
Three-Dimensional Reconstruction of Beagle Heart Based on CT Data

Abstract
The anatomical structure of the heart serves as the foundation for the examination and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In order to construct a high-precision three-dimensional model of the canine heart and blood vessels,this study perfused the cephalic arteries and external jugular veins of Beagles with gelatin-ferric oxide suspension.Subsequently,computed tomography(CT)scanning was performed to obtain CT data,followed by three-dimensional reconstruction of the heart and major thoracic vessels using Mimics Medical software.The results demonstrated that CT scanning of specimens perfused with gelatin-ferric oxide suspension yielded clear images of the cardiac chambers and thoracic vessels.The three-dimensional model of the heart and thoracic vessels reconstructed using Mimics Medical software effectively displayed the positional relationships of the atria and ventricles,as well as the distribution pattern of thoracic vessels.This study provides digital resources for teaching animal anatomy and introduces a novel method for digital research on experimental animals and the construction of three-dimensional models of digital specimens.关键词
