Abstract
In order to analyze the initial diagnosis positive cases of brucellosis among livestock-related practitioners in Hohhot City from 2018 to 2020,understand the epidemiological characteristics of infected individuals in the region,and provide scientific basis and reasonable recommendations for the prevention of brucellosis and the control of human and animal epidemics,this study investigated and statistically analyzed the visiting time,gender,age,occupation,region,and history of animal contact of the livestock practitioners with positive initial diagnoses of brucellosis.The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software.The results showed that a total of 4 594 qualified data of livestock practitioners with positive initial diagnoses of brucellosis were screened from this outpatient service.Males accounted for a higher proportion than females;the age was concentrated between 45 and 55 years;the proportion of free-range farmers was much higher than other occupations;the peak time was concentrated from March to June each year;it was mainly concentrated in Hohhot City and surrounding counties;and the highest proportion of infected individuals had a history of contact with sheep.In explicit infection cases,males accounted for a higher proportion than females;the high-age group had a higher proportion than the low-age group;the proportion of free-range farmers was higher than other occupations;May had a higher proportion than other months;Hohhot City and surrounding counties had a higher proportion than other regions;and individuals with only a history of contact with sheep had a higher proportion than others.In implicit infection cases,individuals with only a history of contact with cattle had a higher proportion than others.关键词
