摘要
Abstract
Cochlear implant(CI)surgery has become an important means of hearing and speech rehabilitation for patients with severe-extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss.The elderly often have multiple underlying medical conditions that make them unable to tolerate general anesthesia.In this case,cochlear implant surgery under local anesthesia was performed and residual hearing was preserved,we aims to explore the feasibility of local anesthesia in cochlear implant surgery for age related hearing loss.关键词
