重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床研究
Clinical Study on Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Aphasia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia after stroke.Method:A total of 90 patients with aphasia after stroke admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A(30 cases),group B(30 cases)and group C(30 cases).Group A received conventional speech training intervention,group B received transcranial magnetic stimulation intervention,and group C received transcranial magnetic stimulation + conventional speech training intervention.The scores of aphasia battery in Chinese,aphasia quotient(AQ),and the results of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)were compared among the three groups before treatment and 2,4 weeks after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of talking,understanding,retelling,naming,reading and writing about illness among the three groups(P>0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the above scores in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of AQ among the three groups(P>0.05).after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of AQ in group C were higher than that of group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in choline(Cho)/serum creatinine(Scr),N-acetyl aspartate(NAA)/Scr and lactic acid(Lac)/Scr among the three groups(P>0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,Cho/Scr and Lac/Scr in group C were lower than those in group A and group B,while NAA/Scr in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can regulate neural activity and effectively improve speech function and aphasia symptoms in patients with aphasia after stroke.关键词
