穴位敷贴治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究
Clinical Study of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical study of acupoint application in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 70 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in the Outpatient and Inpatient Departments of Shanghai Jiading District Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupoint application combined basic therapy,the control group was given basic treatment alone.The clinical efficacy,total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TNSS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the TNSS of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,except for the emotional dimension,the scores of other dimensions of RQLQ in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),the dimension scores of practical problems,nasal symptoms and eye symptoms of RQLQ in the control group were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),except for the eye symptoms and nasal symptoms,the scores of other dimensions of RQLQ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoint application combined with basic treatment for AR is better than that of basic treatment alone,which can effectively reduce related symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
