董氏奇穴联合神经松动术对神经根型颈椎病疗效的影响
Effect of Dong's Special Acupoints Combined with Nerve Mobilization on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dong's special acupoints combined with nerve mobilization on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and its effects on pain and cervical function indexes.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were hospitalized or treated in Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected and grouped according to the order of treatment.30 patients with singular serial number were selected as the observation group and 30 patients with even number were selected as the control group.The control group was treated with nerve mobilization,and the observation group was treated with Dong's special acupoints on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain,cervical function and cervical range of motion were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS)score,neck disability index(NDI)score and cervical range of motion between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and NDI in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cervical range of motion of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the cervical range of motion of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dong's special acupoints combined with nerve mobilization can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,relieve pain of patients,and promote the recovery of cervical function and activity.关键词
